Honored to Be Named Among the Compass 100

I’m deeply honored to share that I’ve been named to the Compass 100, a distinction recognizing the top 100 real estate agents nationwide within Compass. To be included among such an accomplished and inspiring group of professionals is truly humbling.

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Franklin, Tennessee, for the Compass 100 retreat at the beautiful South Hall Farm & Inn, a setting that perfectly captured the warmth, charm, and collaborative spirit of the Compass community. Surrounded by some of the most accomplished and forward-thinking agents in the country, I was reminded of what makes Compass so special: a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and service.

One of the highlights of the trip was sharing the stage with Jamie McMartin of The Jamie McMartin Group, where we spoke about the power of building and leading strong, values-driven teams. We explored how intentional leadership, trust, and culture not only drive success but create an environment where everyone thrives. It was an energizing and inspiring conversation that reinforced how teamwork is the foundation of lasting impact in real estate.
