ALICIA PARENTE

As an east coast transplant, originally from Rhode Island, Alicia landed in Los Angeles after eight exciting years living and working in New York City. 

After obtaining a degree in Merchanding and Business from the University of Rhode Island, Alicia moved to NYC to start her professional career in the Fashion Industry, working as an associate in marketing and retail operations at a large accessory company. After being fascinated by New York’s thriving real estate industry, Alicia joined Savitt Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm, in 2015. Alicia spent her time at Savitt advising clients on their overall real estate strategy, specializing in finding and leasing office space, and executing lease negotiations. In 2019 Alicia was recognized as one of the Commercial Observer's 30 Under 30: The Top Leasing and Sales Professionals. 

Alicia prides herself on getting deals closed by being emphatic about the client’s journey and prioritizing transparency throughout the process.
