Inside Our Brunch & Learn: 2026 Real Estate Predictions & Top Agent Playbooks
Blog

We were thrilled to host an inspiring Brunch & Learn in Los Angeles, at our 8363 Stewart Avenue listing, bringing together top agents for a forward-looking conversation on 2026 market predictions—and the ways leading agents are approaching the year ahead with new strategies, smarter systems, and a refreshed mindset.

From the energy in the room to the thoughtful questions and collaboration, the morning was exactly what we hoped it would be: practical, optimistic, and grounded in what’s actually working right now.

The Focus: “Things Top Agents Are Doing Differently in 2026”

This wasn’t just a “market update.” It was a practical discussion around what top performers are changing right now to stay ahead—especially as client expectations evolve and the market continues to shift.

Here are the key themes we explored:

1) 2026 Predictions: What Agents Are Watching Closely

Panelists shared insights into what they’re tracking heading into 2026—everything from market signals and buyer/seller psychology to how confidence, pricing strategy, and preparation are showing up in real time.

Rather than trying to “time” the market, the conversation emphasized staying data-informed, hyper-local, and ready to advise with clarity.

2) The “Three Things” Top Agents Are Doing Differently

A major highlight was the tactical breakdown of what’s changing in high-performing businesses. While every agent’s approach is unique, a few consistent ideas came through:

  • More proactive client communication: setting expectations early, educating continuously, and reducing uncertainty through clarity
  • Sharper positioning and storytelling: marketing homes (and services) with stronger narrative, differentiation, and strategy
  • Systems that protect time and elevate service: smoother workflows, stronger partnerships, and a greater focus on the client experience

3) A Bigger Shift: Strategy Over Speed

Across the board, the conversation reinforced that 2026 isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing things more intentionally:

  • more preparation
  • more precision
  • more value-driven guidance
  • more trust-building over time

What We Loved Most: The Room

One of the best parts of the morning was the community—the questions, side conversations, shared takeaways, and honest dialogue about what’s working and what’s changing.

Events like this remind us that the best insights don’t just come from a stage—they come from a room full of professionals who are committed to growing, adapting, and serving clients at a high level.

We’re excited to host more Brunch & Learns and continue creating space for real conversation around:
