BRIDGE PROGRAM
Bridge the equity from your current home to buy a new home without any down payment.
- Bridge loan rates start at 10.5% interest only with 2% points on loan size
- Intended to be paid off in 12 months or less
- Simple to qualify (very light documentation required)
