NICOLE HIGGINS

Nicole thrives on tackling diverse design challenges. With an educational foundation in Interior Architectural Design and Set Design & Art Direction for Film & Television from Santa Monica College, she brings a multifaceted approach to her work. Over the years, Nicole has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including home remodeling, kitchen and bath design, interior design and color consultation, landscape design, and event staging. Her versatile expertise and passion for design ensure every project is both functional and visually stunning.

Nicole’s dedication to caregiving spanned 18 years across local hospitals, from Santa Monica and Century City to Torrance. Nicole began her career in Patient Access within the Emergency Department and later advanced to a Lead role in Main Admitting, where she distinguished herself as an exceptional trainer. Nicole ended her hospital career during the pandemic, while she was working as the Revenue Cycle’s Customer Service Specialist for the Hospital’s Washington-based Corporate Business Office. Now, Nicole is excited to channel her skills into a creative new chapter as a Project Manager with The Stephanie Younger Group.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys volunteering, is actively involved at her son’s school and coordinates fundraising for many school events. Nicole helps plan and coordinate the Silent Auction for events like Carnival, Casino Night, and the annual Golf Tournament. She also manages vendor arrangements for the Concerts in the Park-ing Lot and Food Truck Nights.

Nicole, born and raised in Los Angeles, currently lives in Westchester with her husband and son. She spends her busy weekends cheering on her son at Little League baseball games, Travel Ball tournaments, and basketball games.
