MICHAEL HARDY

Originally from Australia, Michael Hardy moved to Los Angeles two years ago, bringing nearly two decades of real estate expertise with him. He is now excited to join SYG, bringing his passion for connecting people with the perfect property and his proven track record in sales, negotiation, and business growth.

Before joining SYG, Michael was with PLG Estates Los Angeles, where he specialized in selling a variety of homes - from luxury properties and single family homes to multi family properties as well as land. He focuses on high-volume lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, utilizing cutting-edge CRM tools and strategic marketing. His ability to build strong client relationships and navigate complex negotiations has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Prior to moving to LA, Michael owned and managed a Harcourts franchise, where he grew the business from the ground up and led a team of 42 employees—including a 16-member sales force. His real estate career began in 2005, working with top agencies in Australia such as PRD Property, Love Realty, and Walkom Linehans Real Estate. 

Now, as he embarks on this new chapter with SYG, Michael is eager to continue delivering exceptional results for his clients while leveraging his extensive industry experience, strong work ethic, and passion for real estate. He loves spending time with his wife Becka, trying all of the different food LA has to offer, watching live sports and is an active member of the LA rugby community. Michael is also passionate about volunteering his time to Make-A-Wish Los Angeles.
