MEET JENNY JANTZEN

Jenny has cultivated a comprehensive background in residential real estate with a full range perspective of sales, lending and development, interfacing in all areas of residential real estate acquisitions and sales. Jenny’s real estate career began in custom speculative home construction, design and sales, specializing in luxury properties. She then furthered her knowledge working in the residential mortgage lending industry, gaining hands on experience from the lending perspective and resulting in a critical asset to achieving cohesive closing transactions. Her subsequent success in luxury property sales over the past fifteen years has been a direct result of the balanced and uniquely qualified perspective she offers. Jenny has now enthusiastically brought her years of expertise in teaming with the Stephanie Younger Group, blending professionalism, patience and intuition, resulting in smooth transactions and timely closings. Jenny currently resides in Santa Monica, enjoys writing, movies, hiking and time spent with her daughter Claire.
