As anEsther Shim was born and raised in Texas where she earned her degree in Corporate Communications and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.  She joins us as the newest Agent Associate from serving as a realtor in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. With a background as both an Account Executive and a Realtor, she thrives on building strong client relationships that last. Her keen eye for market trends and deep understanding of client needs have consistently contributed to successful transactions and team achievements.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active with yoga, Pilates, going to the driving range, and skiing on the slopes. You might even catch her at a local flea or farmer’s market!
