Rose is a fantastic realtor and a huge pleasure to work with:) As a first time home-buyer, she walked me through every step of the process so I felt extremely prepared. The offer process goes so fast and can be a bit chaotic, so I was so lucky to have someone extremely reliable and timely. She goes the extra mile and then some to gather info and prepare a competitive offer. Ultimately we landed on a place she recommended, and I’m so happy! Thank you so much for helping me find my dream condo:-)

As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions about every part of the home purchase process. From the start, Rose educated us and patiently guided us through every step, making us feel as comfortable as one can be when investing all they have into this crazy L.A. housing market. We explored different neighborhoods and types of homes but ultimately knew we wanted to stay in Westchester and Rose is a Westchester expert. She shared vital insight, pointed out important considerations and very quickly understood our priorities, which made the process as efficient as possible. We were very picky and even though Rose reminded us that it’s almost impossible to find a house that checks every box, after several months we found the perfect home for us. Because it was everything we had hoped for and this market is so competitive we were really nervous. But Rose remained calm (and calmed us down), and through her knowledge, experience and relationships, she did it. We truly believe that we would not be living in our dream home without Rose’s help.Rose is professional, honest, sharp, engaging, has an incredible work ethic and is generally just fun to be around. She always made us feel like we were her only client, even though that definitely wasn’t the case. We really enjoyed getting to know her during this journey and wholeheartedly recommend her!

We are so happy to have worked with Rose Vasilj at The Stephanie Younger Group. She made our home buying experience as low stress as it could be. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area. She was very patient and understanding; we never felt pressured into any decision. I do not think we would have landed on our new home without her. I cannot recommend her enough.

Rose always knew the inventory and provided summaries of each property she showed us. She provided honest advice and told us if she felt a property was priced correctly.

When we were looking to purchase in Los Angeles, I connected with Rose and she was very knowledgable about the market in West Hollywood and the surrounding hills. She showed us several homes, all of which were in our price range and what we were looking for. Rose was always honest, professional and available when needed. My husband and I eventually decided to move up north due to different work obligations, but if we ever return to the Los Angeles area, I would definitely use Rose to help us find our next home.
