Ron was just fantastic. To be brutally honest I’m not usually a big fan of realtors as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but Ron totally changed all that. From start to finish he made me feel as if I was his only client. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. He was so patient and kind and thanks to him I’m now living in my new house with my old house sold, I’m so happy & so grateful to Ron. He’s amazing!!

Ron Melendez was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Ron reached out within a few hours of my initial inquiry and provided in-depth, data-driven guidance regarding options from listing my property as a rental to selling. What Ron told me ended up being accurate across the board. He knows the Westchester market inside and out. I never felt like Ron was pushing me towards one direction or the other, but rather asked questions to help me decide the best path for me, and then assisted me getting there. Ron and the whole team at SYG were incredibly professional, responsive, and the fees were reasonable. If I need a realtor again in the future, Ron will be my first call.

Going thru the home buying process is a complicated puzzle - especially in our case as first time home buyers. I can't overstate how amazing Ron Melendez was to work with throughout the entire process. He always had our best interest at heart and made himself available - at all times - from the simplest of questions to the hardest ones. He always listened to our feedback and coached us thru every aspect of the process -- becoming not only a sounding board but a great (and objective) thought partner -- it felt like a team/partnership working with him. Even after we closed, he still has made himself available to us answering questions and helping tie up loose ends with the home. The SYG group is amazing, and we can't recommend Ron and the SYG team enough. When the time is right, we plan on using Ron to sell our home -- he is the best!
