We have worked with Renee before and would work with her again. She is a skilled negotiator, detail-oriented, and delivers results. Renee's energy, positive can-do attitude, and ability to listen and understand her client's needs separate her from other realtors- SHE IS OUTSTANDING! As out of town sellers, we wanted an honest, dedicated agent with a command of current market conditions and expertise to close a sale as efficiently as possible. We also wanted someone we could trust and who would be able to handle all the logistics without us having to travel to the property. Renee was all that and more! She worked with her team at the Stephanie Younger Group to deliver a beautifully presented home that reflected warmth and relaxation. Renee was committed to us from start to finish. She greeted buyers at the open house with her welcoming nature and then continued detailed work with her team to complete the sale. We went into escrow within a few days and closed quickly!

She is extremely knowledgable of the area we were looking in which was a great help in locating the right house for us.Reneé & team were very thorough, explaining the entire process, what to expect, when and keeping us informed of key dates that were approaching. Also, communication was a breeze wether via email, phone or text. She has great contacts with several mortgage brokers and/or banks, all of the recommended inspectors and teams to help you move into your place. If you look for a five-star agent, you will probably find many here and there. Renée is a six-platinum-star agent! After wasting our time with another agent for several months, we were so tired, stressed out, and hopeless that we were to give up the idea of buying our first home all together.After resting for three or four weeks, we decided to find another agent, so we talked to a few agents we had met in our first round. Renée was one of them. It was a Saturday afternoon, we went to her office to "interview" her. We had a casual conversation about what we wanted in our dream house. After an hour, she pulled the paper for one (and only one!) properties she thought we would like. She asked us to give it a chance. After looking for so many properties by that time, we were not so sure if that ONE property would be what we wanted... By Monday, we were putting an offer for that ONE. By the end of the week, our offer got accepted at the price we wanted. She is this good. She definitely knows her job in and out, and most importantly she is always on your side. I highly recommend her to friends and family. I do not recommend her to my enemies, because I want them to suffer :D.

I was a first time home buyer with a limited knowledge of what to expect from the whole home buying experience. Renee was beyond amazing. She made sure that I was extremely aware of all of my options throughout the entire home buying process. She personally went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully comfortable and confident while negotiating the best possible deal for myself. How else can I describe Renee other than just using the word AMAZING!!I met Renee at an open house about three years ago. I over heard her having a conversation with another couple looking to buy a house. Instantly I was drawn to her enthusiam and impressive take on the real estate market. For thirty minutes I hid in a corner listening to her incredible advice and couldn't wait to get to have a conversation with her too! I just knew that she was someone special. Three years later, not only have I bought two homes with Renee and listed my house with her but she has become a really close friend of mine.Renee doesn't see what she does as just "work". You see and feel that from the moment you meet her. Real estate is her LOVE along with her other love which is animals. I have never met anyone so knowledgeable and so insightful about the real estate market as Renee. Her approach is creative and unique. On both of my houses we were in bidding wars and each time we won I feel primarily because of Renee's creative strategies, her charisma and her tireless devotion to you as her client. I don't believe I would be living in what now is my dream house if it weren't for Renee.Renee is someone that makes you feel like you are her one and only client when in actuality that obviously isn't the case. This group was great, we worked with Renee Marinkovich and she was outstanding. This was our first home purchase and so we had to have our hand held along the whole process and she did just that. Renee is simply the best. As first time home buyers in a highly competitive market, we had a LOT of questions but also had to balance our uncertainty and nerves with the right amount of decisiveness to actually get our home.
