I wish I could give Rachel 6 stars, but unfortunately Zillow only allows 5!Rachel was fantastic from start to finish! She was flexible, always positive, and anticipated our needs, even when we weren’t clear ourselves. Her local property knowledge is extensive, and her basic tax guidance was very helpful. As we’re from Japan, she even introduced us to a tax advisor familiar with our background. Rachel’s negotiation advice with the seller was precise, and her property inspections were always thorough.Beyond just helping us purchase a home, she went out of her way to assist with our move from overseas, making the transition much easier. Her communication was always clear and prompt, answering all our questions. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachel Denzer when we moved to the LA area, trying to find a home in an area that fit our needs. Rachel spent time with us on the phone prior to our move, met us when we traveled to LA to look at homes, and was there with us every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about Westchester, Marina del Rey, Venice, Playa, and other areas we had interest. Not only is Rachel knowledgeable, she is extremely personable. Rachel was a strong asset in our home buying process. Rachel Denzer is such an amazing agent! My husband and I had a unique and complicated situation requiring a lot of patience, tenacity, and dedication—all of which Rachel demonstrated, cheerfully and without ever complaining. She helped us lease a home even though we had some unusual terms that the landlord was hesitant about.
