About Peter
A California native, Peter was born in Santa Monica and has kept his focus on the Westside. Peter has an extensive background in finance and customer relations. A USC alumnus, four years in Marine Corps, and 20 years as an investment banker, have prepared Peter for his real estate career that started in 2000. Peter and his wife Tammy live in Manhattan Beach.

Peter did an outstanding job assisting me with apartment searching for my cross-country move. He went out of his way to tour the apartments I was interested in and even face timed me and took videos of each place to text them. He was very thorough and gave very insightful advice on areas I was unfamiliar with. He was very friendly and kind, super professional, and highly responsive. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone who needs help looking to rent or buy!!

Peter is the best to work with. He helped my daughter and roommates find the perfect rental for them. He listened to what they were looking for, sent them the best options, and then advised them like he would his own kids. It wasn't just about making a commission or sale for Peter. My wife and I were lucky enough to be matched with Peter after an inquiry with the Stephanie Younger Group. From the beginning of our search, Peter was very knowledgeable and helped us better define our home buying search criteria. Our communication with him was always useful and he was always very responsive. We had a tight timeline to find and purchase our home with a baby on the way, something I did not think was possible, but Peter helped us make it happen. He understood our needs and showed us homes to fit those expectations. He worked hard to communicate with seller's agents to get us more information, and when it came time to writing offers, was always on the ball with his predictions. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless home buying experience, and Peter played an integral part in that experience. I feel incredibly lucky to have come across Peter as my realtor. His professionalism, attention to detail, experience, and recommendations can’t be beat. He was always available every step of the way; I was never less than 100% confident he was steering me in the right direction. When the sellers had a termite inspection done that revealed no issues, Peter went above and beyond to bring in his own inspector, who then found additional areas that needed to be addressed. I hope to stay in my new home for awhile, but if I ever buy again Peter will be my first call!

My husband and I started looking to buy a house in Westchester CA at the beginning of 2019, on our own, through the Zillow app. Then around October 2019 we were ready to bring on a realtor. We knew we wanted to go with the Stephanie Younger Compass Group because they are well known experts in the Westchester area. Within minutes of calling the office I was speaking to Peter about what I was looking for. He scheduled a face to face meeting for that week. My husband and I met with Peter, and his teammate Ali, in their office. We were immediately welcomed into their beautiful office with smiling faces, a goodie bag, and a wealth of information. Buying a house is a HUGE decision. Peter and Ali made us feel like we were their only clients through the entire process and were available at all hours of the day and night. Late night texts, early calls, weekend visits, and questions were always received without hesitation. Peter and Ali became part of our daily life and family. Even after purchasing a home in February 2019 they continue to communicate with us. I can not recommend Peter and his team enough!

Peter made this process feel so easy. He was there every step along the way, be it to answer my questions or just check-in to update me when it felt like there hadn’t been any news in awhile. He was a mind-reader like that, knowing just when it all felt surreal. Compass, the Stephanie Younger group and especially Peter did something pretty amazing: they made it a pleasure to go through escrow.
