Eric was incredible to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. He was super patient with us over the course of the year it took us to find the right home. He was super knowledgeable about the market and the various areas we were considering. He was always on top of sharing new listings with us and trying his best to visit open houses with us to gather what we did and didn't like so he could better guide us as we went through the process. Over the course of the closing, and within a very tight window he was super on top of everything from inspections to dealing with last minute closing issues and negotiations. His knowledge, patience, and understanding were key to us first time home-buyers. Eric is very dependable, hardworking and thoughtful -- always quick to respond and would even go visit properties to scope them out in advance for us. We found our house faster than expected, and Eric helped us through the negotiation and purchasing processes, which was helpful to us as first-time home buyers. Even after purchasing the home Eric has kept in touch to help us out with questions for the previous owners and to recommend services (plumbers, etc.). We started working with Eric when he found us a pocket listing. Ultimately due to our own situation it did not work out, but Eric hung in there with us and was dedicated to finding us a place. When we did find a house, Eric was very responsive, trustworthy and answered all our questions fast and we got it! I would definitely recommend him without hesitation.
