It’s been a year exactly since Bob Lugari helped us buy our new house and nearly six months since he helped us sell our old one. My husband I still talk about how wonderful the experience was. Bob is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced about all aspects of buying and selling real estate, but thoughtful and caring about what his clients want in their house and in the buying/selling process. To top it all off he is just a genuinely kind person. Both our purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home went extremely smoothly. We always felt informed and never pressured. The only downside is that we don’t buy and sell houses on the regular. If we did, it would be with Bob in a heartbeat!
