About Ashley
A Los Angeles native, Ashley Sackerman was born into a real estate family. Her parents both built their professional lives around the sale, management and corporate aspects of residential real estate and are esteemed members of the Westside real estate community.
Ashley graduated from the Marshall School of Business at USC knowing exactly what she wanted to do next: sell real estate. Since then, she has had the pleasure and privilege of working closely with some of the best and most respected agents in the business and has established her own reputation as an astute, engaging, honest and energetic professional. Her ability to listen intently to her client's wants, needs and desires enables her to deliver a highly personalized real estate experience for each of her clients.
Ashley has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in standard, foreclosure and short sale transactions from the San Fernando Valley to the South Bay, West Hollywood to the ocean. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley Sackerman! She is a calmly confident, true expert who had infinite patience with us, especially since we were first time homebuyers in a wildly competitive Los Angeles market, further complicated by the pandemic. When we were ready to pick an agent, we got on a zoom call with Ashley and within minutes of hanging up had access to the customized Compass app and had set up appointments to see some units within a few days. She was responsive and respectful of our preferences. She never asked us to see a property we were not interested in or could not truly afford. When the market seemed to be standing still, she sent out letters to the buildings we liked and kept us encouraged! She worked tirelessly with us to help us view our dream property and support us through the offer process. Ashley helped me purchase my first home. Being my first purchase, I wasn't sure of the process, but Ashley was there to walk me through every step of the way. She even gave me a presentation during our first meeting that was very helpful in explaining the entire home buying process, from looking at listings on the Compass app, to escrow and closing. She was always available to answer any questions, even evenings and weekends and kept me informed at all times (via email, phone, and text). She knew exactly what to offer in order to get my offer accepted. During our first meeting (via Zoom) we went over my must haves and within a few days we went to see the place, put in the offer, and locked it in. Also important to note, this all happened as COVID-19 is going on. Ashley made me feel comfortable and was always prepared with a mask and extra gloves when we went to see the property. I 100% recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ashley Sackerman is the reason I have a home after close to a year of searching. She will be the only realtor I work with. Ashley is friendly face, provides an ear when it becomes frustrating, never gives up (even when I wanted too), and took the time needed when I was looking, in escrow, and completing the final paperwork to sit down with me and answer every question. It was also helpful that Ashley works with a team who supports her and her clients making it easier to communicate with because she was always included in the emails. During closing Ashley provided great recommendations for service providers (at any price range) and provided her opinion when I asked. It was helpful to know her experiences and thoughts knowing she would be honest. To top off everything else, 95% of the realtors I interacted with knew Ashley and only have positive words about her. We met Ashley earlier this year at an Open House as we were in the early stages of feeling out the market and what we could and wanted to afford. In all the Open Houses we visited and realtors we encountered during this period, she was the only person to offer to sit down with us (first time buyers) and guide through what we could expect. We jumped on the offer and met with Ashley in her offices - the simplicity of the content she shared put as at ease and made what can be a daunting process sound very easy. We had good (and some bad) experiences with a few other agents before, but we are very happy that Ashley represented us in our recent home purchase. My wife and I were casually looking to buy our first place a few months back. Throughout the casual search we stumbled across several real estate agents who were very aggressive about wanting to work with us. Ashley was the only agent who was super respectful and open about wanting to help us understand the process of buying a home and not just jumping into home searches.
