Originally from Australia, Andrew now lives on the Westside in an area he considers one of the best family neighborhoods with a great community feeling. Andrew is passionate about exploring new places and enjoys taking advantage of the amazing locations that are so close by. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, a LOT of nerves, and a very specific list of things we were looking for in a condo. We spent more tiem than most keeping an eye on the market and waiting for the right place, and Andrew was incredibly patient through all of it. We never felt pressured or rushed. Instead, he helped us stay focused on finding a home we truly loved and felt good about.When the right condo finally came on the market, Andrew jumped in as our guide through the process. He got us in for a showing within 24 hours, helped us put together a strong offer within 48 hours, and guided us through every step with so much confidence and expertise that what felt intimidating suddenly felt manageable. Our offer was accepted quickly, and the escrow was smooth.Andrew is thoughtful, responsive, and somehow makes a stressful process feel fun. We really felt, and still feel, like we can trust him in what is the biggest financial decision of our lives so far. We always felt like he was looking out for us and giving us honest advice, not just trying to close a deal and move on. And any time we were with him, he was never rushing out the door. We had an excellent experience with Andrew! As first time buyers, we did not know what to expect and he walked us through every step, explaining them with patience, kindness, and expertise. We found the house we wanted surprisingly quickly and he negotiated with the sellers to help ensure that we got the home we loved and for a fair price, given the minor fixes that came up during inspections. His local knowledge of the neighborhood and the professional services we might need as homeowners have been invaluable. Andrew helped us strategize in making a quick offer on a house that we really loved. We really received outstanding service/representation from Andrew. He's had 10+ years in the area, I believe, and his direction/guidance in putting together our offer package was spot on. He worked with the lender and the escrow officer to ensure our 21-day escrow was on track and has a network of contractors, agents and brokers that came in really handy for us -- we managed to obtain a home insurance for the loan package through one of his referrals while there was an insurance moratorium in California after LA fires and none of the companies were issuing homeowner policies. Honestly I was a bit skeptical about roles agents play in home purchases, but in our case Andrew was the valuable team player we could not do without. It was great bouncing off ideas and asking questions with Andrew. I especially appreciated how he patiently and respectfully explained to me why some of my ideas for offer strategy were unwise -- he made sure I understood that the final decision was mine, but really his suggestions and the reasons behind the suggestions made far more sense than what I managed to concoct. Just do what he says and you'll be fine. I'm done buying/selling for now, but I'd ask Andrew again to represent us as our agent again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend him to family & friends.

My husband and I live in San Jose and decided to buy a property, on a pretty quick timeline, for our two young adult children near where our son currently lives in Playa del Rey. I did a fair bit of research to find a realtor, and ended up choosing Andrew based on his knowledge of the surrounding area, his transaction history, and his many five-star reviews. We just closed on the property yesterday, and it's clear how deserving he is of those reviews. We met via a Zoom call, and our son had the face-to-face interactions with him in So Cal. Throughout the entire process Andrew was super communicative, always responding to our calls, texts or emails very promptly. He listened to what our needs and desires were in a property and potential matching listings were uploaded daily into a portal that my husband and our kids could easily view and comment on.When we found a property we wanted to put an offer on, his experience and negotiating skills against another very interested buyer were crucial in us getting the property. And the ancillary people he works with - the inspection company, the escrow agent, the transaction coordinator - were all top notch. For us, the gentleman who did the inspection was crucial, as we were buying a property without having seen it in person. We had a Facetime call after his inspection and got a verbal report while he was in the unit with our son and Andrew. He was so professional and thorough, and his report gave us the confidence that the property was sound and did not need any major repairs.Buying a property "from afar" was a unique situation that could have been extremely stressful, but Andrew's skill, knowledge and professionalism made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Many emotions and financial fears come into play during the escrow period and Andrew was available and empathetic, guiding us with his extensive experience, truly making us feel confident in our dream home purchase.
