The neighborhood is built around Runway Playa Vista, a central hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Residents can walk or bike to The Campus (home to major players like Google, YouTube, Microsoft, and Electronic Arts) or head to The Resort and Centerpointe Club (which has fitness classes, pools, and social events exclusive to residents).

And when you do need to leave the neighborhood, you’re never far from anything. Playa Vista is just four miles from LAX and it’s within a quick 20-minute drive to Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, and Beverly Hills. You’re also less than 10 minutes from the beach and around 30–40 minutes from Downtown L.A., Hollywood, and even Disneyland.
