Shelby Church is a California-licensed real estate agent with the Stephanie Younger Group at Compass. She has lived in Los Angeles for the past 12 years and has developed a deep understanding of the Westside Los Angeles market, as well as Palm Springs, where she also owns and manages property.

Shelby owns two rental properties and is currently developing a new construction home in the California desert, giving her hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of real estate, from acquisition and financing to permitting, construction, and long-term value planning. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers, taking a clear, data-driven approach to help clients understand pricing, market trends, and the financial implications of their decisions.

Before entering real estate, Shelby built a successful career as a content creator, where she developed strong skills in research, analytics, and communication, tools she now applies to educating clients and marketing properties effectively. Her background allows her to break down complex information and guide clients through the process with transparency and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Shelby enjoys playing tennis and spending time in Palm Springs.
