Scott recently relocated to Los Angeles with his wife from Seattle, Washington. Scott has 9 years of Real Estate experience, starting as a commercial/industrial agent in 2017. As the pandemic shifted the industry and consumer demand, Scott joined the high-performing Shutes Team - a trusted Seattle residential team with over 3 decades of experience.

From 2023–2025, Scott supported and closed over 50 transactions, working with a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, investors, and developers. His experience includes competitive offer strategy, open house execution, off-market property sourcing, and navigating complex transactions such as, bankruptcies, multi-family investments, and new construction.

As an avid sports fan, Scott spends his free time watching 3 or 4 games at once, or of course, spending quality time with his loving wife and his “daughter” a tabby cat named Jabbey. Scott is also a slightly above-average tennis and pickup basketball player.

With a background that spans both residential and commercial deals, and a reputation for being detail-oriented and client-focused, we’re excited to have Scott bring his skill set to the LA market and contribute to the continued success of the team.
