Michael Southworth

Michael is a Boston native and a graduate of Cornell University where he studied hospitality, film, and acting. He was born into an international real estate development family where he laid witness to seeing communities develop and prosper, built upon the fundamentals of stability, credibility, and value. At an early age, he understood the importance of one’s home and their surrounding community.

After graduation, Michael started his real estate career by working as a financial analyst at his family’s firm, Southworth Development LLC. Michael's deep understanding of acquisitions, operations, & offer strategy, combined with his customer service oriented hospitality background gives him a well-rounded, client-focused approach to his business. To Michael, nothing is more important than listening to and understanding his client's needs so that he can deliver on their real estate goals in a smooth and rewarding fashion.

In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golfing and playing guitar. He has lived in several areas of LA for three years and currently lives in Marina del Rey.
