MEET JILL KNEPPER SHENITZER

Jill grew up spending her summers soaking up the sunshine on the beaches of Southern California. She has spent the past thirteen years living in and falling in love with the westside of Los Angeles. After investing in real estate properties, purchasing a home, and being constantly surrounded by family and friends in real estate, Jill experienced real estate osmosis. It is Jill's passion to help others find their dream homes near the beach - ranging from helping first-time homebuyers to clients looking for a second home in luxury markets.

As a property owner, investor, and Westchester resident herself, Jill understands the process and the many challenges that clients face. Jill's patience, negotiation skills, eye for design, exceptional client service, and innate ability to empathize with nearly any situation, are what keep clients coming back to her. From the beginning stages of research to the handing over of the keys, Jill walks alongside her clients every step of the way to experience this exciting journey hand-in-hand.

Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys spending time with her toddler and infant daughters, along with her 105-pound lap dog. She also enjoys walking on the Dunbarton path with her family, doing pilates, snowboarding, going to the beach, snorkeling (and everything ocean-related), eating delicious food (ask her for restaurant recommendations!), and volunteering in her community.
