Meet Kate Daniels. Kate fell in love with Real Estate when she herself went through the home buying process. She knows first hand what it takes to mitigate the stress and deliver a prosperous home buying experience for all of her clients. Through her saint-like patience, negational skills and genuine desire to help others, Kate holds herself accountable every step of the way. Every detail matters in Kate's eyes! An invaluable work ethic and magnetic personality, Kate curates a unique experience tailored to each individual client. She works relentlessly for all her past, present and future clients, entailing anything her clients need, from securing the right vendors and contractors, helping her clients move and everything in-between. 

Prior to real estate, Kate was born and raised on the beautiful East Coast of Australia, and has been living in Los Angeles with her now husband and dog Bowie for the past 5 years. Bringing a unique skill set to the world of Real Estate, her professional background in the creative arts and entertainment industry for the past 15 years, combined with her teaching skills and event planning expertise makes Kate the full-service agent. She is still active in the entertainment industry and prides herself on her commitment to her students and volunteer work, contributing creatively to social events throughout Los Angeles. Being part of Compass with The Stephanie Younger Group, Kate has clients in Westchester, Beverly Hills, Pasadena and beyond.
